A few weeks ago, I had this nagging ache in my tooth and couldn’t figure out what was going on. After much internal debate (and Googling symptoms like a detective), I decided to visit the dental clinic mentioned above — SmileCraft.

That’s where I met Dr. Priyanka, and thank goodness I did.

After a gentle and thorough checkup, she calmly let me know that I had a cavity. Nothing too dramatic — or so I thought. She suggested we start conservatively: she’d clean the area and try to fill it, hoping that would resolve the issue. But turns out, the cavity was sneakier than expected — it had made its way down to the root.

Without missing a beat, Dr. Priyanka shifted gears and performed a Root Canal Treatment (RCT) like an absolute pro. I was honestly bracing for discomfort or pain, but her calm energy and confidence made the whole experience smooth. I didn’t even feel anxious — the aura she created made all the difference.

After the RCT, she asked me to come back once the swelling subsided and, in the meantime, she followed up with me regularly to check how I was doing. That kind of aftercare is rare and genuinely appreciated.

During the follow-ups, she also explained the different types of indirect restorations I’d need post-RCT — like crowns, inlays, etc. She patiently walked me through the options, pros and cons, and even helped me choose what would be best for my case, all with genuine concern and zero pressure.

Fast forward a bit, the day came for the restoration. But during that visit, she examined the adjacent tooth (the one quietly lurking in the background), and with her Sherlock-like intuition, she suspected that it might need an RCT too — or perhaps even an extraction.

What happened next was straight out of a dental fairy tale: within minutes, she arranged for an extraction specialist right then and there. I’m not kidding — I blinked, and the specialist appeared. I told you, Dr. Priyanka is a legit tooth wizard! 🧚‍♀️

To my surprise, the extraction went exceptionally well. I was expecting pain and drama, but it turned out to be quick, professional, and almost painless. Bonus? I got the perfect excuse to eat a ridiculous amount of ice cream afterward without getting scolded. 😄

Fast forward again — I’ve now had my crown placed, and honestly, it feels just like my natural tooth. Solid, comfortable, and hassle-free.
